FPS SOFTAIR SPRING 140M/S WELL MB03 (VSR140)

The FPS WELL MB03 140 m/s spring has been calibrated on an original precision rifle.

Of course, a shorter or longer barrel will result in a decrease or increase in performance, and therefore a tighter or looser calibration.

The thickness due to the spring guide bearings was not taken into account during calibration.

Thus, under equal initial conditions, an increase in performance of approximately 2.5 m/s is required for each bearing.

The FPS spring is 100% made in Italy and manufactured in collaboration with leading companies in the sector.

The material used is a blackened and pre-hardened carbon steel wire with added silicon and chromium EN10270/2.

Immediately after forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at 400°C for thirty minutes to improve its durability.

The spring has variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide. It is subjected to a grinding process at both ends, guaranteeing optimal compression performance.
