Fps is proud to present its range of precision stainless steel internal cylinders, 100% MADE IN ITALY.
This inner cylinder is made from precision drawn stainless steel microtube and then subjected to the following processes:
- CNC machining
- Calibration by straightening
- Inner bore
- Running-in
- Ultrasonic polishing
The shape of the hop-up window has been designed to be compatible with normal and flat rubbers.
Stainless steel ensures maximum mechanical resistance and a total absence of surface oxidation, unlike aluminum or brass.
Another major advantage of AISI 304 is that it is easily cleaned with wire brushes without being scratched, thus ensuring optimal removal of plastic residues present inside the hole.
