12:1 steel high-speed gears manufactured by Metal Injection Molding (MIM). This process achieves 99% of the strength of solid metal, with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our gears are heat-treated and superfinished to increase surface hardness and reduce friction in operation. The lightweighting of the parts has been designed for optimal fluidity and to reduce vibrations during the firing cycle. 100% compatible with MARUI, 100% made in Italy.
