Improved over the original design to provide a tighter tolerance and a more stable barrel configuration. The MCX barrel rest securely holds the outer barrel in place, preventing movement, noise, and inconsistencies between shots. Additional support screws and reinforced aluminum construction allow for more muzzle devices like silencers and tracer units to be securely attached without compromising the barrel position.
